A Joint Research Project and Development of intelligent system that performs an automatic and optimized cutting of frozen fish, will be our contribution to the food industry. Siroco leads a team where high-level research meets innovation.
Partners in complementary areas are CCG bringing knowledge of production and industrial equipment computer vision and three-dimensional modelling as well as GELPEIXE a processer of frozen fish.
